“This Courtyard is exceptional! Management has done an excellent job of developing customer service culture here. Staff is extremely accommodating…from the front desk, to the cafe, to the shuttle drivers…everyone is on a mission to provide excellent service. Well done staff and management. This location actually doesn’t mind stepping over dimes to gather dollars…when other hotels try and nickle and dime, add fees, crap service. Really is a testament to hiring the right staff, instilling the right culture will lead to customer loyalty and success. Location is also perfect. So many good food options in the area, walkable including a Whole Foods buffet (although kinda lame as WF buffets go). Was here for a training event and really appreciate the effort the staff puts forth to earn you as a guest.”
